About Me

I am a business practitioner and board advisor with over 25 years of experience in management, sales, and organizational development. I previously held positions as Sales Director and General Director in international FMCG companies, where I was responsible for building business strategies, leading transformations, and managing teams of up to 200 people.
For over a decade, I have been running my own consulting company, working with boards of Polish and international corporations in strategic HR consulting, leadership development, and organizational transformations.

I hold a Senior Practitioner EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accreditation, confirming the highest standards in working with management and top executive personnel. I combine experience gained in managing large organizations with the practice of a professional mentor and headhunter, allowing me to understand both the business perspective and the developmental challenges of leaders.
