- Defining vision, value proposition, and product development roadmap combining B2C and B2B.
- Consolidating existing tools into 1-3 products and migrating users to the new application without losing retention and conversion.

- Managing complete product budget (CAPEX/OPEX) and product P&L.
- Supporting data monetization and communication channels for manufacturers (data & retail media).

- Documented success in building and developing products in e-commerce, retail, or platforms combining B2C and B2B.
- Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience working in organizations undergoing transformation or product centralization, where portfolio organization, documentation, and process streamlining were key.
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and ability to implement practices such as OKR, KPI, A/B testing, and product experiments.
- Ability to manage full product P&L and make decisions based on data and measurable business impact.
