We are looking for candidates for the position of: Key Account Manager
Department: Tender Sales Office
Remote work with occasional office visits
Your responsibilities:
- Active acquisition of institutional clients (local government units, municipal companies, state and public institutions) in the electricity and gas sector.
- Building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Monitoring the public procurement market and direct award requests for proposals.
- Preparing and submitting tender bids.
- Developing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Completing documentation after contract conclusion and cooperating with other departments within the organization in the TPA process.
- Analyzing and monitoring client needs regarding offered services and products.
- Achieving sales targets and ongoing performance reporting.
Required competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tender sales within the electricity and/or gas sector.
- Documented sales successes, including managed and won tenders.
- Knowledge of the principles of the electricity and gas market operation and applicable legal regulations.
- Knowledge of public procurement law.
- Ability to apply effective sales techniques.
- High personal culture and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
- Communicative English proficiency.
- Category B driving license with readiness for frequent business trips – this is a home office position, but travel is required.
