My name is Joanna Chrobak, my career path began in the dynamic world of sales, where for many years I held the position of sales director, and later general director in renowned FMCG manufacturing companies.

Over these years, I gained valuable business experience, which I decided to combine with my passion for people development. A few years ago, I decided to realize my dream of owning my own company – that’s how HR Level UP was born.

She has held positions as Sales Director and General Manager in FMCG companies, managing teams of up to 200 people.

She successfully advises companies on how to build effective teams that can meet the challenges of today’s market. She supports organizations in creating team structures, selecting key competencies, and managing processes related to succession and adaptation to the changing business environment.

She has experience in diagnosing potential, implementing Assessment and Development Center projects, as well as conducting outplacement processes, always ensuring alignment with organizational values and the individual needs of its leaders. She collaborates with top management and leaders, helping them in areas of leadership, communication, change management, and conflict resolution.

She has completed over 900 hours of individual development sessions, utilizing diagnostic tools such as 360-degree assessment and certified coaching methods.

She holds accreditations in Thomas International, Senior Mentor Practitioner EMCC certification, and StrengthsFinder (Gallup) trainer certification.

She is a three-time winner of the EMCC SUPER M award for the best commercial mentoring program for managers in Poland.

Magdalena Klepacka

An experienced specialist in human resources management, specializing in recruitment for middle and senior management positions. She currently serves as Employee Development Manager at HR Level Up, where she is responsible for conducting recruitment, developing HR strategies, and building effective teams in organizations. Her experience encompasses a wide range of activities related to talent acquisition, building HR policies, and managing recruitment processes at the managerial level.

She has experience in credit analysis and financial product management, gained while working at banks such as Allianz Bank Polska, Bank Millennium, and GE Money Bank. For several years, she worked in positions related to mortgage loans and banking, which allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge of finance, operational processes, and customer service.

As an HR expert, Magdalena also holds a Thomas International certificate, which allows her to effectively utilize diagnostic tools in the development and assessment of employee competencies. Her approach to recruitment and talent development combines practical knowledge from the financial industry with solid experience in team management and building HR development strategies.

Anna Gawrych

For many years, she served as Personnel Director at Boryszew S.A. Group, where she was responsible for building and implementing HR strategy at Boryszew Automotive Plastics. Katarzyna Dyrda

She currently serves as Recruitment Manager at HR Level Up, where she conducts comprehensive recruitment processes. Throughout her professional career, she has successfully managed recruitment processes, conducting candidate selection, conducting qualification interviews, and negotiating employment terms. She is also responsible for managing the candidate database, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and providing strategic advice in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Thanks to her analytical thinking skills, developed during scientific work that culminated in obtaining a doctoral degree, she effectively combines data, market trends, and business needs to create effective recruitment strategies. Joanna Tomala is an experienced specialist in executive recruitment who has successfully conducted complex recruitment projects for years, particularly in sales, marketing, administration, and HR areas. As a result, global business was increased by 20% and tax risk was completely eliminated. She also managed profit and loss at the level of 11 million EUR annually and supervised finances in Poland and Croatia, implementing high tax and legal standards, including VAT refunds at the level of 1 million EUR monthly.

In her practice, she uses approaches inspired by neurobiology, positive psychology, and strengths-based coaching, helping clients achieve ambitious goals in accordance with their natural potential.

Paulina Wierus

Paulina is an experienced trainer and HR consultant with over 5,000 training hours and over 15 years of practice in diagnosing and developing managerial competencies. She specializes in psychometrics, professional matching, and leadership potential assessment.
As a certified Thomas International consultant, she supports organizations in recruitment, succession, and development processes – conducting psychometric tool sessions (PPA, GIA, TEIQue, HPTI).
For years, she has collaborated with boards and HR departments in designing and implementing Assessment Center processes, developing leadership competencies, team diagnosis, and building engagement. She helps managers develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.

She is the author of Polish language versions of most Thomas reports and is also responsible for platform localization and implementing new diagnostic tools in the Polish market.
