We are looking for a person for the position of: Compensation and Benefits Expert
Your responsibilities:
- Analysis and development of compensation and benefits systems within the company and capital group.
- Designing and recommending solutions for base salaries, bonus systems, and non-wage benefits.
- Job evaluation using the Korn Ferry methodology and recommending pay changes for key positions.
- Conducting annual processes – compensation review, salary increase, and bonus cycles.
- Participation in planning, controlling, and analyzing the compensation budget.
- Collaboration with HR Business Partners, finance, and social partners in implementing C&B policies.
- Monitoring the market, trends, and regulatory changes, including preparing the organization for the implementation of the pay transparency directive.
Required competencies:
- Education: Higher education, preferred fields: management, finance, economics, administration, or related
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits (+5 years) in a large organization (+1000 FTE)
- Very good knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Korn Ferry preferred).
- Ability to conduct annual compensation review, salary increase, and bonus cycles.
- High level of analytical skills – advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and working with large HR datasets.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM system.
- Understanding of personnel cost budgeting and the links between pay decisions and the organization’s financial results.
- Reliability, confidentiality, and accuracy in working with data; responsibility for the quality and consistency of reports.
- Professional maturity, personal culture, communication skills, and openness to collaboration in a team based on partnership relationships.
