Each participant receives materials and homework assignments to prepare, which maintains a high level of their activity. The program for individual sessions is structured so that the participant benefits from each session.

Elements of the Outplacement Program

Dedicated Consultant and Program Supervisor Each participant works with an experienced consultant and psychologist who support them at every stage of the process.

Individual Development Sessions The program includes four sessions with a consultant specializing in preparing employees for entering the job market. Each session is structured to provide practical benefits to the participant and motivate them to take action.

Materials and Practical Assignments Participants receive a set of materials and exercises for independent completion, which allows maintaining a high level of engagement and activity.

Competency Audit For participants, we offer an additional competency audit based on selected methodology (Thomas International or Gallup Test), which helps precisely determine potential and opportunities for further professional development.
