responsibilities:<br><br><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Analysis and development of compensation and benefits systems within the company and capital group.<\/li>\n<li>Designing and recommending solutions for base salaries, bonus systems, and non-wage benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Job evaluation using the Korn Ferry methodology and recommending pay changes for key positions.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting annual processes &#8211; compensation review, salary increase, and bonus cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in planning, controlling, and analyzing the compensation budget.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with HR Business Partners, finance, and social partners in implementing C&amp;B policies.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the market, trends, and regulatory changes, including preparing the organization for the
