Post-graduate studies or MBA related to product management or strategy is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 7-10 years of experience in digital product management \u2013 from vision stage through implementation to commercialization.<\/li>\n<li>Documented success in building and developing products in e-commerce, retail, or platforms combining B2C and B2B.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in organizations undergoing transformation or product centralization, where portfolio organization, documentation, and process streamlining were key.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and ability to implement practices such as OKR, KPI, A\/B testing, and product experiments.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage full product P&amp;L and make decisions based on data and measurable business impact.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing and developing product teams \u2013 from recruitment through mentoring to
